Holy heightmog. this 5'9 manlet is ascending to cl real soon™. the product appears good quality and comfortable. note that high tops are needed if you intend to wear all the pieces. in my low top af1s, i can fit the insole +1x2cm block (+4cm total) without my heel coming out. the size is for size usa 9 shoes, but have guidelines to cut them down to your size. it seems this can be done with scissors. the main insole has a soft fabric on top with a comfortable air bubble at the heel.
